1. How do you usually work with clients?
My goal is to help you overcome your fear of public speaking and being on camera to talk about your business. Once you are able to conquer this fear you will be comfortable talking about all the amazing ways your help your clients.The way we do that is by providing personal coaching, mentorship, and accountability to our clients to implement better tools and techniques to gain confidence in sharing your message, construct your personal story to connect with your client and show up with authenticity, integrity and presence. So you can be comfortable on any stage, promote your business with absolute certainty and take your business to the next level.
2. What can I expect from the call?
I'm going to go deep into a conversation to uncover what is stopping you from creating and sharing live or recorded messages to your market. Once we are both clear what’s going on there, we’ll discuss your goals. And if you determine working with me is your best next step to over come your fear of speaking to others about your business we will talk about next steps.
3. Who is Leslie C Fiorenzo ?
Early in my career I belonged to a businesswomen’s group, and they held a speaking contest. First prize was $100. I entered, I prepared and was disappointed when I didn’t win first prize, I didn’t even place in the top 5! A mentor of mine who was in the audience, gave me the following feedback: “You had a death grip on the podium, did you think it was going to run away? You stumbled over your words and the two stories you told didn’t connect to the topic.”
I was devastated. It was all I could do to not cry on the way home in a car full of other women. But I was determined to conquer my fears, create stories that make an impact and craft a presentation that would wow the audience.
Fast forward 10 years and my then employer sent me to present our safety program at an industry conference. This time the prize was based on the impact of the program not the presentation, yet when people approached me afterward and gave me compliments on my delivery and the stories I shared; I knew I’d moved well beyond that timid young woman losing a speech contest years before.
In the years since I received my competent Toastmaster certificate; earned my master's degree in Human Resource Development from Western Michigan University, completed the Pro Track Program from the National Speakers Association and have spoken to thousands of business owners on the topic of referral marketing.
